Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends!

That's right, Proleauge is BACK. EG-TL is rested, reinvigorated, HotS-ified, and helmed by a new (or is it old?) face. That'd be Coach Park, the former coach of SKT T1, the mastermind behind a team that won two Proleague championships and were the runners up twice more in the final four BW events.

If he can't turn around EG-TL's fortunes, than nobody can. The Unholy Alliance sits in last place, with only seven total wins and 14 defeats. A miserable 1-6 R3 was the clear reason. With a lot of ground to make up, there is no time to lose. The long march back to respectability begins tonight against league leaders Woongjin Stars!

(Wiki)2012-2013 Proleague

Along with the new maps (Fighting Spirit!!!!!) come some new faces as well. Our enemies partners EG said goodbye to longtime terran stalwart PuMa in the break, and welcomed in Oz and aLive, both formerly of Fnatic. These two will boost our options at terran, while giving EG-TL another protoss threat. The two new pick-ups will bookend EG-TL's line in today's match.

The sole Liquidian in the line-up is HerO, who is sitting in the fifth position, so if all goes well, we might actually be happy to not see him. But of course, if he is called upon, he will need to deliver a big win. His opponent, Soulkey is one of Woongjin's ace players, and taking him out will be essential. We haven't see quite so much from HerO in HotS so far; he missed MLG Winter, lost in our Acer Teamstory match, and has not done much else. But rest assured, HerO is HerO is HerO and you can bet he'll be in fighting shape for today's match. He and Soulkey have sparred before, with the result being epic games. Don't miss tonight's installment.

Ace < Cloud Kingdom > Ace

Wins were frustratingly hard to come by for EG-TL towards the end of Round 3. Will Round 4 be the opposite result with the new blood, new coach, and new expansion. We sure hope so. Tune in to see the result!

EG-TL Fighting!
