Liquid Holiday Wishlists: Steve and Victor

December 23 2017
Twas the night before grand finals, and all through the house, not a player was stirring, not even a Razer DeathAdder Elite Gaming Mouse. With the nerves of competition, the teams all wrote down: a list of their wishes, their thoughts holiday bound. We’ve collected them here and added some fluff, with hopes they’ve been nice enough for some cool stuff.

Have a wonderful holiday, and a great new year too.

From all at Team Liquid,
directly to you.

Dear Santa,
For my gift, winning some games at our yearly old man LAN party would be great. If you could bring Broodwar a sequel to its sequel that would be great (free to play and with skins please). Finally, I hope for a continued sense of pride and accomplishment in 2018.

Dear Santa,
My list is nice and short for you this year: I want Team Liquid at worlds in 2018, and buffs to Morg.

Street Fighter 4   Liquid Rivals: Street Fighter - Handshakes, Hatred & Capcom Cup We asked Nemo to explain the origins of his rivalry with Itabashi Zangief and well, you could say he was direct. His answer: “He’s not my rival. I hate him.” It is rivalries like this that make Street Fighter and the FGC so compelling.
Call of Duty   Now entering: Call of Duty Blackout Team Liquid welcomes its new Call of Duty: Blackout Squad!
League of Legends   VEM PRO PAI — Welcome Rakin to Team Liquid The Brazilian star is officially joining Team Liquid! Rakin will be streaming under our banner and making frequent visits to the Alienware Training Facility to help support our team in Academy and the LCS.
Dota 2   We Don't Need No Stinkin' Patch Notes — Liquid Wins Winter Clash Miracle just played Meepo in a grand final. That's not a sentence we get to write very often, but such is the chaos since 7.20. The invitational in Moscow was a brief taste of life in this new patch, and after missing out on the KL Major, Liquid are back in the groove with another Russian trophy to add to the collection. Heck, Matu even got to play Viper again.
